Jan 4 Baby Food Diet

Today is going much better than yesterday. I started eating at 9:00 and have eaten every hour to two hours so far. This is going to be important while on this diet.

Today I tried:
Gerber Organic Pear Juice - Very Good
Earth's Best First Sweet Potatoes - Disgusting (I only ate 1/2)
Earth's Best Stage 2 Apples & Blueberries - Ok. I could eat it again.
Gerber Peach Cobbler Dessert - My favorite so far
Gerber Graduates Strawberry Ceral Twist - Very Good and I get to chew
Gerber Biter Cookie - Ok but chewing is more important than I realized so this satisfies that urge. I wonder if gum would help with wanting to chew?

All the above totals less than 300 calories and I'm not hungry at all. I would have normally had 1000 calories by now. This diet does help me eat less even though it's probably the craziest diet I've been on and it's mushed up fruits so it's far from the worst diet I've been on.

I will eat the following before the day is up:
Gerber Banana Oatmeal with 1/2 tsp of raw cane sugar (made with 2% milk)
Gerber Graduates Chewy Granola Bar
Gerber Graduates Strawberry Blueberry Cereal Twist
Beech Nut Stage 1 Bananas
Beech Nut Stage 2 Banana Apple Yogurt
I'm going to try out Butternut Squash but I'm sure it will be disgusting.

This will leave around 500 calories for regular dinner with my family.
