Today was a lot like day #1 except at the end of the day, I had to eat real food. The meat baby food and the vegetable baby foods are just not edible so I think for this diet to work, at least 1 meal needs to be eaten. I've decided to use 500 calories per day for real food and the other 700 calories will be in baby food. This still makes me have to eat about 10 baby food items during the day which I think will cut back on urges to eat other foods. I learned today that it is very important to eat every 1-2 hours. When I went longer than that, I got hungry and had cravings. The trick is never to get that feeling of hunger.
I added Gerber Banana Oatmeal today. It is very good and is probably my favorite. I again added 1/2 tsp of raw cane sugar which adds about 10 calories but makes it crunchier and taste better.
I've tried every kind of meat and they are all disgusting. If I was going to eat something I didn't like, I'd just eat real fruit so I'm going to stick from now on with the baby food items that I enjoy eating and if I find one that I can't eat, I will get another one out of the cabinet instead of skipping that meal.
